17 Ways How to Start a Great Week

The second reason is that Monday is a terrible day. You just got back from this trip you spent 3 days on, you just rested and relaxed but you have to take it on again, another week. It is very important not to stay where you are just to get over the problems. The way you start your week can affect the whole mood, so I came up with a list of things that would help you achieve maximum efficiency from the start of the week.

1. Wake up when the clock rings

2. Eat well and drink a glass of water before doing anything. If you want to be happy and not end up feeling tired, you need to energize your body. I’ve skipped breakfast so many times and then I didn’t know why I felt like hell. You can start with something fresh like a salad or sandwiches. Don’t forget the water, it’s not just a thirst quencher. Drinking water regularly will help you get rid of wrinkles and make your skin glow.

3. Start your day with a laugh.

I’m not saying you have to read jokes or anything like that to make people laugh. It doesn’t matter how tough your week is going to be, you need to find something that will make you smile from the start of the day.

4. Start the day with little success.

Even when it comes to making a call, meeting a business associate, or solving a problem, there is enough enthusiasm for the rest of the things you need to do.

5. First things first.

When you start work, do the most important things and then the less important things. This way you get rid of the stress and the idea that you have to do something important but are too lazy to do it.

6. Run for 15 minutes

Boost your metabolism and fill your body with energy. 15 minutes of exercise gets your blood flowing faster than normal

7. Put in a song that gives you energy.

8. Read a book for 20 minutes before starting work.

Problems can arise in a couple for many reasons. When you don’t have time to spend with your significant other, a shower is a perfect way to do it, and it’s a great way to start the day.

Every woman knows what to do to feel more comfortable. They go shopping or to the hairdresser. You have to start with the right foot.

13. Make yourself a treat for the evening when you get everything you set out to do.

We are basically motivated by two things: pleasure or pain, in whatever form or packaging they would come. Some of us are more motivated when we are under pressure, threatening, berating, criticizing. But everyone is motivated by desire. Promise yourself that after you finish work you will see a movie or anything else that relaxes you.

15. Don’t argue with someone on Monday morning. You’ll regret it all week. You don’t need any special preparation to start the day, you just have to avoid things that can ruin your good mood.

17. Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and tell yourself it’s going to be a great day.
