Here are 12 diet tips to help you eat well, cleanse successfully, and make your meals taste great.

1) Remember Always check the ingredients list from anything You shop at the grocery store…MANY foods, including meat, contain added sugars, yeast, and soy products that you wouldn’t expect! As you cleanse candida, remember that fresh and organic ingredients will give you the most nutritional benefits.

2) Organic vanilla extract contains no sugar. Regular vanilla extract will do. Check the label before the purchase.

Vanilla extract is something that most of us have around the house and use all the time without even thinking about it. There should be no reason not to continue using it during the Candida diet as long as you purchase the Sugar Free Organic Vanilla Extract.
