Here’s the secret to training Daniel Craig and his James Bond six pack diet.

Now that you have the James Bond training program, one of the things you might want to have is a toned six pack abs. Unfortunately, sit-ups and crunches aren’t enough to bring out the abs. You need to eat right to get rid of the fat that hides that incredibly lean and flat stomach.

Here are the 2 main points of the Daniel Craig Workout Six Pack Abs Diet:

1. Daniel Craig ate 3 meals a day and 2 snacks

2. Daniel Craig’s six pack diet wasn’t 100% strict. It had some flexibility in it.

NO refined sugars and carbohydrates before 2pm. Starchy carbohydrates (rice, bread, potatoes, etc.) should not be consumed after 5:00 p.m. You are allowed to eat 2 pieces of fruit and must drink 2 liters of water daily. A pre-workout and post-workout snack is crucial.

Although alcohol is a big no-no in most diets — the Daniel Craig Workout six-pack diet — he allowed himself to drink alcohol on just two days a week — Friday and Saturday.

A typical day on the Daniel Craig workout diet went like this:

* Breakfast: two poached eggs and two slices of toast

* Snack: Protein shake or fruits and nuts

* Lunch: Meat or fish and either brown rice or baked potato

* Snack: Protein shake or yogurt with some nuts.

* Dinner: Meat or fish and some vegetables like lettuce, spinach or broccoli.

Pre-workout snacks should be half a banana and a sugary drink. Finally, get eight hours of sleep every day to give your body and muscles time to rebuild and grow.
