Eating protein at regular intervals, about every four hours, can help stabilize blood sugar levels. Regular exercise is also a key. It is important to avoid all types of sugar. Finally, wolfberry juice, packaged commercially as Ningxia Red, can be calming and healing for those with hypoglycemia and other fatigue syndromes.
