The UltraFit Amino Diet was developed by Dr. Joe Davis, a physician specializing in internal medicine. After years of research, Dr. Davis found that by switching patients to his amino acid diet, he was able to lower their cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure while allowing type 2 diabetics to take the oral medication.
